Sewer Averaging: Sewer averaging review takes place November 1st through March 31st. Lower water usage means a lower sewer bill for the upcoming year. Adjustments to the calculated sewer rate can only occur in the event the consumer is granted a water leak adjustment during the winter averaging months. Evaluation of an adjustment to the sewer average rate must be received by April 30th.
Bulk Collection: March bulk collection occurs the week of March 10th for yellow zone customers. The week of March 24th is for blue zone customers. The zone map can be viewed online at www.cityofsachse.com/192/Trash-Services. Please place bulk/brush items at your collection point the same day as your regular trash and recycling. Monthly bulk is limited to 6 cubic yards per household. Bulk larger than 6 cubic yards can be scheduled for pick up by calling 972-392-9300 opt 2 or email customerservice@cwd.to.
