New Utility Billing Rates: New water, sewer and trash rates go into effect October 01, 2026, and will appear on the statement dated 10/31/26 that you will receive in November 2026.
Sewer Averaging: Sewer averaging review will take place starting November 1st through March 31st. Lower water usage means a lower sewer bill all year.
Important Notice for Credit Card Payments: Effective June 15, 2026, online and in office credit card payments will require ZIP code validation during the authorization process. This security measure helps protect against fraudulent transactions and improve payment security. To ensure your payment is processed successfully, please verify that the billing ZIP code entered matches the ZIP code associated with your credit card. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to enhance the security of our payment systems.

· Yellow Zone: Week of October 12th
· Blue Zone: Week of October 26th
Water Restrictions:
April 1st through October 31st limits watering to 2 days per week. Your allowed days of the week are contingent on address.
Even-numbered home address: Thursday and/or Sunday
Odd-numbered home address: Wednesday and/or Saturday
November 1st through March 31st limits watering to 1 day per week on your normal trash day.
Monitor Your Water Usage: Register at My Water Advisor | MWA to begin tracking your hourly water usage. My Water Advisor helps identify constant flow (possible leaks) and routine spikes (may indicate irrigation).
