Holiday Closure: City offices will be closed on Wednesday, January 1st in observance of New Years Day. Residents who are serviced for trash and recycle for the week of January 01, 2025, will be delayed by one day. City offices will be closed on Monday, January 20, 2025, in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. Trash and recycling services will not be affected and will run as normal.
Christmas Tree Drop-off: Recycle your live Christmas tree. CWD will provide containers from Thursday, December 26th through Friday, January 10th at Salmon Park located at 4302 Williford Rd, behind the scoreboard. All ornaments, garland, light strands and tree stands must be removed from the trees.
Sewer Averaging: Sewer averaging review will take place starting November 1st through March 31st. Lower water usage means a lower sewer bill all year. Adjustments to the calculated sewer rate can only occur in the event the consumer is granted a water leak adjustment during the winter averaging months. Evaluation of an adjustment to the sewer average rate must be received by April 30th, 2025.
