Sewer Averaging: Sewer averaging review will take place starting November 1st through March 31st. Lower water usage means a lower sewer bill all year. Adjustments to the calculated sewer rate can only occur in the event the consumer is granted a water leak adjustment during the winter averaging months. Evaluation of an adjustment to the sewer average rate must be received by Thursday, April 30th, 2026.
Holiday Closure: City offices will be closed Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in observance of the Veteran’s Day Holiday. City offices will also be closed on Thursday November 27th and Friday November 28th in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. Trash and recycling services will not run on Thursday, November 27th. Residents who receive service Thursday for the week of Thanksgiving will be delayed by one day.
