Effective April 1, 2026, a $1.25 processing fee will be applied to all utility billing payments made through the City of Sachse payment portal. This includes online, IVR (phone), and text payment options. This fee applies only to payments submitted through the City’s payment system and is intended to offset processing costs.
Sewer Averaging: The updated sewer average has been applied to this utility billing statement dated April 30, 2026. Requests for a review or adjustment of the sewer average must be submitted by May 31, 2026. Adjustments to the sewer average are only considered if a water leak adjustment is approved for the winter averaging period (November through March). If you have already requested a leak adjustment during this period, please note that the utility billing office is still processing requests. Final determinations will be reflected in your next billing statement dated May 31, 2026.
CWD X-Treme Green Event: Sachse residents will have an opportunity to drop off trash, debris, brush, and appliances at our citywide spring trash collection event. CWD will provide collection of e-waste, hazardous waste, and document shredding. This event is for Sachse residents only. You may be asked to show proof of Sachse residency.
